Salkantay Inca Trail
Day 01.- CUSCO –MOLLEPATA - SORAYPAMPA
We will pick you up from your hotel at 4:00am. Then, we arrive to Mollepata at 2:30 where we will have breakfast. Then we start a walk to Soraypampa, where we will have dinner at our camping site.
Day 02 .- SORAYPAMPA –QOLLPAPAMPA
Early in the morning after breakfast and we will start a walk by “el Paso de Salkantay” where we will see the Salkantay mountain where we will see the snow montain and then we will continue to next camping site at Qollpapampa, where we will have dinner at our camping site.
Day 03 .-QOLLPAPAMPA – LA PLAYA
Very early we will have our breakfast at 6:00 am and then at 6:30 am we will start to walk from Qollpapampa, during this road we will see abundant flora and fauna , medicinal plants , esoterics and orchids. We will pass small villages and we will entrance to hot spring. Later we will continue until next camping site La Playa where we will have dinner …
Day 04 .- LA PLAYA – SANTA TERESA – AGUAS CALIENTES
We will get up early and then we will take the bus to Santa Teresa approx. 50 minute and we will have breakfast at 7:30am. After a rest we will continue our journey and we will cross the river Willkamayo in a typical bridge ( oroya) and see the artificial waterfall. Lunch at Hidroelectrica. Then we will continue to Aguas Calientes, there we will sleep in hostal and have dinner at a restaurant ..
Day 05 .- MACHUPICCHU
We will have our breakfast approx. at 5:00am and then we will visit the historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu for about 2:00 hours ...
