Our non-trekking "Soft Adventure" is designed to maximize excitement within limited vacation time. In Cusco, heart of the Inca Empire, we explore narrow lovely cobblestone streets, the impressive Sacsayhuaman fortress, the mysterious carved rock shrine of Kenko and the delightful Inca Baths at Tambomachay Later on, at the Sacred Valley of the Incas by the Urubamba river we visit the Native Market Pisac and the town and ceremonial site of Ollantaytambo, the only Inca village that has been continuously inhabited until our times.
 Day 1 : Cuzco - city tour
After an early breakfast you will leave to Lima Airport for your flight to Cusco (transfer and airfare not included ), upon arrival reception and transfer to your selected Hotel, followed by a few cups of mate de coca, whilst you iron out any questions you may have with us. At 13:45 you leave on the Cuzco City Tour. This tour includes the major sites of historical interest in Cuzco, such as the famous Inca fort at Sacsahuaman, and the temple of the Sun. Also included in this is a tourist card, giving you access to all the sites in the Cuzco area as a whole (i.e., including outside of the City itself) This tour finishes at 18:00 (B)
 Day 2 : Sacred Valley Tour
The Sacred valley tour includes: Bus service to the market of Pisaq, visits to Calca, Urubamba, the ruins of Ollantaytambo, and the market at Chinchero. There is an English speaking guide, and lunch in a typical restaurant in Urubamba. Of course, throughout this trip you will have magnificent views of the high Peruvian Andes. At 18:39 you arrive back at the Orquidea Hostal.( B,L )
 Day 3 : Cuzco - Machu Picchu
Highlight of our trip is the visit to Machu Picchu, the legendary "Lost City of the Incas", so well hidden by the overgrowth that it was never found by the "Conquistadores", and it was rediscovered by professor Hiram in 1911. This city is one of the worlds most beautiful and important archaeological remains.
We leave at 7:45 am from the hotel to the station to take the train, which will take us until Aguas Calientes , guided visit to Machu Picchu and descend to Aguas Calientes town. 16:00 return to Cuzco by train.
 Day 4 :
Transport to airport, flight to Puerto Maldonado, Lima, or other connections. end of services
